Choose Life group is a wellness to strengthen your spirit, soul, and body. This wellness group meets Saturdays at various locations to walk on short distance hikes, hiit workouts, dancing, strength training with resistance bands, low and mid impact cardio, stretching, and body weight exercises to hit every muscle.
