Faith in Two Places

Belief begins in the heart and leads to a life that’s right with God; confession departs from our lips and brings eternal salvation.

In order for faith to work, it must be in two places—in your heart that leads to a life that’s right with God and upon your lips that brings your eternal salvation.

What is salvation?

Salvation means to keep safe and sound, to rescue from danger or destruction, to preserve, to be well and soundness of mind.

This is what Jesus accomplished for each of us. Now you may be thinking in your heart right now that you are not experiencing the fullness of salvation. Well I have good news for you! I want to let you know that experiencing the fullness of salvation is possible and it’s simple.

Yes, simple! Let me show you.

In order to experience the benefits of your salvation, the faith that God has given you must be in your heart and in your mouth. To begin this process it’s necessary to hear the Word of God often so that faith can come and get into your heart. Next, the most critical part and sometimes the most challenging is to begin to speak the Word of God that you hear.

As you consistently speak the Word of God that you hear, you are depositing and reinforcing the Word of God instead of the other ailments and situations in your life that you no longer want to partake of.

Decide today to fill your faith in two places—your heart and your mouth. Expect for God’s plan of your salvation to work in your situation.

Decree It:  I fill my faith in two places—in my heart and in my mouth. I believe that I receive all the benefits of God’s plan for my salvation. The Word of God is working for me now in my situation. I have believed and therefore I have spoken.
