We believe that God is, the Father, an infinite spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love. We believe that He concerns Himself compassionately in the affairs of all people, and that He saves everyone from sin and death who come to Him through Jesus Christ.

Holy Bible

We believe that the Holy Bible is God’s Word, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit without error and that it is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

2 Peter 1:20-21; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13

We believe that Jesus was born miraculously of the Virgin Mary and lived a sinless life. He came into the world to save men from the guilt and condemnation of sin, offering His blood as an atonement and making it available to all who exercise faith in Him. Jesus resurrected from the dead and is exalted to the right hand of God and is still actively at work today through the Holy Spirit.

Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; 1 Timothy 2:5; 2 Corinthians 13:14; John 1:1-3

Jesus Christ

We believe that God created people in His perfect image and nature. One man’s disobedience caused all people to be eternally separated from God and fallen from their original state of being through the human free will. Since the fall, people have rebelled against God, causing hurts, habits, and hangups, and death. We believe that all people can be restored and saved by God’s grace through the life-giving message of Jesus Christ.

Genesis 1:26; 3:1-7; Ecclesiastes 7:29; Psalm 51:5; John 6:44; Romans 3:22; 5:12-21

We believe the Holy Spirit is co-existent and co-equal with God and Jesus. We believe the Holy Spirit is transforming the hearts of people by convincing them of their sin, making them aware of their need for God’s saving grace through faith in Jesus Christ, revealing righteousness and the final judgment of unbelievers. We believe the Holy Spirit helps, guides, comforts, teaches, consecrates God’s church for righteous living, and imparts spiritual gifts to advance His kingdom.

John 14:15-17, 26; 15:26-27; 16:7-14; Acts 1:8; Acts 8:15-17; 19:2-6; Galatians 5:16

Holy Spirit

We believe that the one universal Church is divinely instituted by God. The Body of Christ—redeemed people gathering together to worship, pray, train in righteousness for spiritual growth, observe the ordinances of baptism and communion, and fulfill the great commission by making disciples of all nations through the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 16:16-18; John 17:21; Acts 2:41-42; Ephesians 1:22-23; Hebrews 10:25

The Church

We believe in Christ's return to earth as the blessed hope of the Church at God’s appointed time, and the resurrection of believers and unbelievers. At the final judgment, unbelievers who rejected Jesus Christ will be separated forever from God in a place of everlasting punishment. Believers in Christ will live in God’s glorious presence as they worship and serve Him forever in their new resurrected bodies.
